The Ice Worm's Lair

My love for vinyl has experienced a recent resurgence so I get excited when any band / label / artist takes the time to offer their music to the world in that precious format. Even more so when I get the pleasure of designing the cover artwork for it! Behold The Ice Worm's Lair by old school doom metallurgists The Gates Of Slumber. It's release numero UNO from the Superhero Artist Management imprint intending on only putting out the coolest of the cool. From what I understand these records have sold out to independent distributors in various colors in a "gumball style" you-get-what-you-get fashion making this release very fun and very collectible. You just may have to get your hands dirty finding these but isn't that what vinyl is all about?

Brand New Sins

These actual SINS are obviously NOT new. But these representations of them are. I've finally gotten around to continuing the work I've started with Black Rose District's "Seven Deadly Sins" series of T-Shirts. "Pride" came out many many moons ago and sat alone waiting for the arrival of it's fellow sins. Well wipe those tears away lonesome pride. Ol' Dave has committed two new sins to textile and they are available for purchase now. "Envy" & "Wrath" are the newest addition to the series. If you're unaware of the other series of shirts by my Black Rose District shirt co., please feel free to peruse the site for the Ten Commandments, Four Horsemen and others. End Plug.

I Heart Mail

I just received these skate decks I designed courtesy of Endurance Skateboards. I love getting mail like this. Now where to hang them? On a side note, I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to my blog. Blog, I know this is only the second time i've blogged since 2008 began and I'm sorry. I promise that I'm changing. I'm going to pay more attention to you I promise. I've been sick a lot this year and my balance is just all off. You're going to see a new side of me from now on.

Metropolis - Paper + Plastic - Art Show

Hey all. I'm a part of a group art show happening in Lancaster, PA on December 6th. My contribution was created specifically for this show and has not been previously seen or displayed. I'm really excited about this piece and can't wait to get it out there! It runs until the end of December, so even if you live on the other side of the country you can still make it before it closes (if you start walking now).
